Complete Bathroom Renovation — Central Blenheim
Full strip-out and replumb of a 1970s bathroom and ensuite. New waste lines, shower, bath, vanity, and toilet connections. Updated copper pipe with modern crosslinked polyethylene to address plumbosolvent water damage.

Heat Pump Water Heater Upgrade — Picton Residence
Replaced an ageing electric cylinder with a Stiebel Eltron WWK heat pump water heater. Garage installation with new electrical circuit, reducing the household's hot water energy costs by over 60%.

Radiator Central Heating Retrofit — Renwick Home
Retrofit of a hydronic radiator system into a 1980s brick home in Renwick. Nine radiators across four rooms, gas boiler heat source, and programmable zone controls for living and sleeping areas.

Whole-Home Ventilation — Havelock Residence
Installation of a positive pressure ventilation system in a 1990s home suffering from persistent condensation and mould. New extraction fans in both bathrooms and kitchen, with a whole-home fresh air distribution unit.

Complete plumbing installation for a new winery cellar door and function facility, including commercial kitchen plumbing, guest bathroom facilities, and a high-capacity hot water system for hospitality use.
